Human Resources Manager – Creative Studio

About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead the people function for a fast‑growing animation studio that creates educational content for millions of viewers. This full‑time, on‑site role will be based in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, and will work directly with the founder and creative teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HR operations for a multidisciplinary team of 3D artists, video editors, researchers and script writers.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and talent development aligned with the studio’s content strategy.
- Build and nurture a strong company culture that supports rapid scaling.
- Partner with leadership on hiring decisions, team development and operational excellence.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management and compliance with Indian labour regulations.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing HR functions in a creative or media environment.
- Ability to work closely with founders and senior leaders on strategic hiring and culture initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and a track record of supporting fast‑growth teams.
