Human Resources Manager – Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead Compensation, Benefits and Payroll functions for a large manufacturing organization headquartered in Mumbai. The role requires 10‑15 years of experience managing C&B and payroll across plant and corporate environments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing and benefits administration for a sizable workforce.
• Design and benchmark compensation structures, conduct job evaluations and manage salary reviews.
• Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax, Gratuity and Bonus regulations.
• Implement and maintain payroll systems such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or Darwinbox.
• Produce HR analytics, budgeting and cost‑analysis reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support HR initiatives.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll within manufacturing settings.
• Proven track record handling large employee bases across multiple plants and corporate offices.
• Strong knowledge of Indian statutory payroll regulations.
