Human Resources Executive – U.S. HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Executive to support our U.S. HR operations from Hyderabad. This entry‑level position will handle end‑to‑end onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities while working evening hours aligned with U.S. business time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full onboarding cycle: collect and verify new‑hire documents, conduct orientation, update HR systems, and complete joining formalities.
• Support U.S. HR compliance, maintain employee documentation, and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment (medical, dental, vision, life insurance) and assist employees with related queries and life‑event changes.
• Maintain confidential personnel and benefit records in HRIS/HR management systems.
• Handle employment eligibility documentation, including Form I‑9, and keep compliance trackers.
• Collaborate with U.S. HR leadership, payroll, benefits providers, and external vendors to ensure timely HR processes.
• Provide payroll updates for new hires, terminations, benefits deductions, and compensation changes.
• Respond to employee inquiries on onboarding, policies, benefits, payroll, and leave.
• Administer employee lifecycle events such as transfers, promotions, data changes, leave, and off‑boarding.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and offer operational support to U.S. HR leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management or related field (required).
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related specialization (preferred).
• Knowledge of U.S. HR operations, onboarding, compliance and benefits administration (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and strong organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work from Hyderabad during evening/U.S.‑aligned business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS platforms.
