Human Resources Executive – Recruitment & HR Operations

About the role

BootesNull is a fast‑growing software development firm seeking an energetic Human Resources Executive to lead recruitment and support day‑to‑day HR operations. You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, manage the full hiring cycle, and ensure smooth onboarding and employee administration.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, making 50+ candidate calls daily.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline, ATS/database, and follow up until joining.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
• Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities, maintaining accurate HR records.
• Support attendance, leave management, HR compliance and employee engagement activities.
• Generate recruitment and HR reports for management.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in IT recruitment.
• Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable making 50+ recruitment calls per day with excellent follow‑up skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed and other job portals.
• Advanced use of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with HRMS or ATS software.
