About the role
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support our Chennai region. The role involves partnering with business leaders to drive employee engagement, retention, and compliance with HR policies.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit with company values and culture.
- Coordinate timelines for joining, confirmations, and exits.
- Deliver timely induction for new joiners.
- Engage with key stakeholders to foster employee camaraderie across the region.
- Implement strategic interventions to retain key performers.
- Plan and execute regional employee engagement activities.
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary cases in line with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Handle additional HR assignments or projects as initiated by the company.
