Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to translate organisational strategy into effective HR initiatives. This role focuses on talent management, recruitment, retention, succession planning and overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to define and execute HR and talent management strategies aligned with current and future talent needs.
• Participate in manpower budgeting and forecasting, monitoring and optimising budgets with business leaders.
• Collaborate on organisation design, structure and translate business strategy into HR strategy.
• Develop and monitor action plans based on annual engagement surveys and continuous listening.
• Manage performance management processes, linking appraisal systems to reward management and career growth.
• Design and implement special projects to strengthen employer brand, new‑joiner experience and adopt best‑in‑class digital practices.
• Create and oversee talent acquisition strategies to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide HR guidance and support to team members and business partners.
• Partner in developing learning and development programmes for internal growth.
• Work with stakeholders to design and implement organisational development interventions that enhance people development and happiness.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of proven HR experience.
• Graduated from a premier educational institution.
• Strong partnership skills with business leaders and ability to influence HR strategy.
• Experience in budgeting, workforce planning, performance management and talent acquisition.
