Human Resources Business Partner – Consulting Division

About the role

V Group Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Consulting Division in Bhopal. The role will partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies that support business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and managers on people‑related matters and HR strategy.
• Drive employee engagement, retention and organizational culture initiatives.
• Support performance management, goal setting and talent reviews.
• Identify workforce needs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations using people data and analytics.
• Create policies and standard operating procedures.
• Manage employee relations and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Support learning, career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Drive HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Contribute to organizational development and change management initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with HRBP or HR Generalist exposure.
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and managers.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Data‑driven and solution‑oriented approach to HR.
• Solid knowledge of performance management, employee engagement and talent practices.
