Human Resources Associate

About the role

Konnect Studios is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Associate to join its on‑site team in Coimbatore. You will support daily HR operations, help shape a positive workplace culture, and ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding and orientation.
• Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and respond to employee queries promptly.
• Assist in planning and delivering training and development sessions.
• Help manage performance review cycles and provide administrative support.
• Collaborate with managers to address basic HR issues and prepare regular HR reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources with exposure to HR management and operations.
• Interest or experience in training and development coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and discretion with confidential information.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HRIS or HR software (advantageous).
