Human Resource Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our recruitment, employee relations, and talent development initiatives. You will shape HR policies, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with local labor laws and company goals.
• Manage employee relations, address grievances, conduct investigations, and promote a productive environment.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
• Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting and reviews.
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage HRIS for efficient data reporting.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a technology or global company.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
