Human Resource Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function, drive talent acquisition, and support employee development across the organization. The role combines strategic HR planning with hands‑on execution of recruitment, performance management, and compensation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires.
• Conduct performance management cycles and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRMS implementation.
• Design and maintain compensation and benefits packages.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Address employee grievances and act as the primary point of contact for labor‑law issues.
• Develop and communicate fair HR policies.
• Implement sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
• Monitor the HR department budget and prepare regular reports.
• Run referral bonus programs and ensure adherence to company rules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources.
• Proven ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
