HR Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑oriented HR Team Leader to oversee People Operations at our Bharatpur office. You will lead core HR functions, ensure smooth payroll processing, drive employee retention, analyse HR data, and deliver structured training and development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, daily attendance, conflict resolution, performance tracking, and off‑boarding.
• Oversee monthly payroll, attendance reconciliation, leave management and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC).
• Analyse attrition trends and design high‑impact engagement initiatives to maintain a high‑retention culture.
• Evaluate workforce metrics and KPIs, providing data‑driven insights to senior management.
• Identify skill gaps, create training frameworks and independently conduct development programs.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, Senior Executive or Operations Specialist.
• MBA in Human Resources, PGDM or a related field.
• Based in or willing to work full‑time from Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll management software.
