HR Support Center Coordinator

About the role

The HR Support Center Coordinator is the first point of contact for employees, managers, and former staff seeking assistance with HR programs, benefits, and policies. Working from our North Goa office, you will ensure a positive employee experience by handling inquiries, processing transactions, and supporting self‑service tools.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary person‑to‑person contact for HR program, process, and tool questions.
• Provide timely resolution of employee issues and HR system transactions, escalating when necessary.
• Support Workday self‑service functions and assist users in real time.
• Document inquiries and resolutions using ServiceNow, FAQs, and other standard tools.
• Process HR‑related data transactions while safeguarding sensitive information.
• Execute hiring steps in Workday, including I‑9 verification and E‑Verify processing.
• Participate in occasional HR projects and adhere to established schedules and service metrics.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) – real‑time support and transaction processing.
• ServiceNow – ticketing and documentation of HR inquiries.
• Familiarity with I‑9 verification and E‑Verify processes.
