HR Shared Services Assistant (People Experience)

About the role

Electronic Arts is seeking a People Experience (HR) Shared Services Assistant in Hyderabad. The role supports global total‑rewards invoicing and benefits administration, providing day‑to‑day service to employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve employee queries via ticketing system and other communication channels.
• Administer global benefits programs and provide related support.
• Escalate complex or out‑of‑scope issues to Centers of Excellence.
• Assist with invoice processing and procurement‑to‑pay activities.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Create and maintain process documentation, maps, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
• Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Support global HR operations and projects as needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Employee Services, or Benefits Administration.
• Experience in a global or multinational environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable asking questions to learn.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday.
• Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
