HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The HR Recruiter will join our talent acquisition team to lead end‑to‑end hiring processes across multiple functions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive experience and full compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for diverse roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create detailed job specifications.
• Ensure all hiring activities comply with local employment regulations and company policies.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing techniques using Boolean search, social media and networking.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Knowledge of local employment regulations and compliance requirements.
