HR Recruiter – Remote & Field Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar positions in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. The role combines remote sourcing with on-site field recruitment activities such as job fairs and walk-in drives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri.com, Apna, Job Hai, WorkIndia, employee referrals and social media.
• Recruit for ITI, diploma, graduate, engineering and manufacturing positions.
• Conduct telephonic screening, shortlist candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Organise and participate in field recruitment drives, campus hiring, job fairs and walk-in interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports and candidate databases.
• Build and sustain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring candidate experience.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven track record hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period are preferred.
