About the role
We are seeking an HR Recruiter to join a premium luxury brand that creates high‑end trunks and travel accessories. Based in Jaipur, you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for roles across the organisation, ensuring we attract talent that matches our luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for various positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Engage and build relationships with candidates, providing a premium candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of hands‑on recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of hiring for premium or luxury environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably exposure to luxury, premium retail, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality or high‑end consumer brands.
