About the role

Sun Chem India, a leading chemical and personal care solutions provider, is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for its plant and manufacturing functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and secure the right talent for blue‑collar, staff and managerial positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for plant and manufacturing roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce plans.
• Source candidates via job portals, databases, social media, referrals and institute visits.
• Screen, evaluate and shortlist applicants to ensure a strong fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with line managers and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment MIS reports, trackers and dashboards.
• Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Visit nearby institutes, agencies and companies to generate leads for resources.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant hiring.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple requisitions.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and adaptable.
