About the role
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end IT talent acquisition for our clients in Jaipur. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and placing candidates for various technical positions across contract and permanent models.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end IT recruitment for C2C, C2H, and FTE roles such as Java Developer, AEM Architect, Salesforce Engineer, and AI Analyst.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain the candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (C2C/C2H/FTE).
- Strong understanding of technical skills, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Must be based in Jaipur and willing to work from the office.
