HR Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition

About the role

Envizn Labs is looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team at the Ecospace Business Park office. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring IT talent to support our growing portfolio of web development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for IT and related roles.
• Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions in collaboration with department leads.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and conduct initial screenings and interviews.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth hiring workflow.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Assist with new‑employee onboarding and support broader HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and best HR practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in a recruiting or HR role is highly advantageous.
