HR Recruiter Internship (3 positions)

About the role

This 6‑month HR Recruiter internship offers hands‑on training in recruitment and HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team to source candidates, manage interview processes, and support onboarding activities while gaining exposure to industry‑best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Receive comprehensive training on all HR functions, focusing on recruitment and operations.
• Source suitable candidates from job portals, social media, and other channels.
• Engage daily with candidates, explain job roles, and promote company culture.
• Schedule interviews using the ATS and collect interviewer feedback.
• Maintain daily HR reports and update internal databases with new employee information.
• Handle backend joining formalities in the HRMS and verify new‑joiner documentation.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in HR Management (BBA preferred).
• Proficiency in South Indian languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Quick learner with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Familiarity with an HR Management System (HRMS).
