HR Recruiter – Insurance & NBFC Experience

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join Chola MS General Insurance in Bangalore. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while partnering with business teams for effective manpower planning.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple positions across the organization.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using appropriate channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Update and maintain the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with business units to understand hiring needs and support manpower planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management or a related field.
• Prior recruitment experience in General Insurance or NBFC sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage several hiring processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
