HR Recruiter – F&B Industry

About the role

We are seeking an HR Recruiter with 1‑3 years of experience in the food‑and‑beverage sector to manage end‑to‑end hiring for our 43+ restaurant outlets in Bangalore. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating offers for both frontline and managerial positions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for restaurant and corporate F&B positions.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, walk‑ins and databases.
• Screen candidates on experience, communication, salary expectations, notice period and location.
• Conduct telephonic screenings, schedule interviews and coordinate feedback with hiring managers.
• Maintain pipelines for bulk hiring and managerial roles, and manage offer release and joining follow‑up.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate databases and provide daily/weekly updates to HR management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in F&B, restaurant, QSR, hospitality or high‑volume environments.
• Experience in bulk/front‑line or blue‑collar hiring is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to meet recruitment targets under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals and candidate sourcing tools.
