HR Recruiter (Entry Level) – Vadodara

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team in Vadodara. This entry‑level position will manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for both technical and non‑technical roles, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to shortlist qualified applicants.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop attraction strategies.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate updates, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment metrics, documentation and compliance with HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in talent sourcing and candidate screening.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, job boards and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
