HR Recruiter – Education Sector

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter with experience in the education industry to join our team. The role focuses on attracting and selecting top talent for both academic and non‑academic positions, ensuring we meet our staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements, especially for education‑related roles.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to source diverse candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and agencies.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and relevant industry experience.
• Manage candidate pipelines using recruitment tools, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices within the education sector.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably with prior or current experience in the education industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Creative problem‑solver with a strong eye for talent.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
