HR Operations Manager

About the role

Rolls‑Royce is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to support the delivery of Global Business Services (GBS) People Services for its India centre. You will provide operational expertise, drive transformation, and ensure high‑quality service to employees across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own operational service delivery and performance for regional People Services processes.
• Manage key business relationships and stakeholders to deliver core HR services.
• Lead a team of Team Leads and service delivery staff, including outsourced vendor deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with group policies, local legislation, and risk management requirements.
• Collaborate with process owners on change control and operational deployment.
• Produce operational reporting, metrics and KPIs for internal teams and customers.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in HR service delivery.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience leading large‑scale HR operations, preferably with payroll knowledge.
• Strong understanding of lean process management and continuous improvement.
• Background in insourcing HR processes from third‑party vendors.
