HR Operations Associate – Bangalore

About the role

Exide Energy Solutions Ltd is seeking a dynamic HR Operations Associate to manage the full employee lifecycle in its fast‑growing battery manufacturing business. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery and support the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR operations from onboarding to exit.
• Execute onboarding, induction, and documentation processes with accuracy.
• Maintain and update employee data in the HRMS, ensuring high data integrity.
• Handle employee records, personal files, and conduct documentation audits.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, and reimbursements.
• Track attendance, manage leave records, and perform regular reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes.
• Support performance management cycles and HR initiatives.
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for smooth HR service delivery.
• Drive process improvements and automation in HR operations.
• Work extensively on HR systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Support audits and ensure documentation readiness.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR operations experience.
• Hands‑on experience with HRMS tools, preferably SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
