HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, onboarding and employee relations for Envision Engineering. The role partners with hiring managers across the organization to execute hiring plans and supports the workforce through performance management and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit and hire top talent for a variety of professional positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to execute hiring plans and update job requirements and descriptions.
• Administer new‑hire processes including onboarding, orientations and announcements.
• Lead workplace investigations, recommend corrective actions and coach managers on performance management and employee development.
• Analyze onboarding, employee engagement, manager feedback and exit survey data to provide recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and propose employee recognition programs and support succession planning for high‑potential employees.
• Maintain and enhance company culture to keep employees excited and engaged.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding and employee relations.
• Ability to partner with managers and influence performance management processes.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret survey data and make actionable recommendations.
• Experience in succession planning and building development plans for key talent.
