HR Manager – Solar EPC (Renewable Energy)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the end‑to‑end human resources function for our fast‑growing Solar EPC organization in Powai, Mumbai. The role will support organizational growth, workforce planning and HR strategy across project sites and office teams.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and talent acquisition, managing the full hiring lifecycle.
• Employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
• Attendance, leave management and payroll coordination.
• Ensuring statutory compliance and labour law adherence.
• Performance management and employee relations initiatives.
• HR operations, policy implementation and HRMS/HRIS administration.
• Collaboration with project sites, office teams and senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on HR experience, preferably in Solar EPC, engineering, construction or fast‑paced infrastructure environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour compliance and statutory requirements.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience with team‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS/HRMS systems.
