HR Manager – Multi‑site Dental & Aesthetics Network

About the role

FMS Dental is expanding its network of dental clinics, hospitals and aesthetics centres across South Asia. As the HR Manager you will be the backbone of the people function, supporting both clinical and non‑clinical teams in a fast‑growing, multi‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and the full employee lifecycle for multi‑site clinical and administrative teams.
• Design, implement and maintain fair, consistent HR policies that comply with Indian labour law.
• Manage performance reviews and drive learning & development programmes for clinicians and support staff.
• Partner with clinical and hospital leadership to solve operational HR challenges.
• Own HRIS accuracy, maintain HR documentation and ensure statutory compliance.
• Build employee engagement and retention strategies suited to a healthcare setting.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Solid hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations, preferably in a multi‑site or healthcare environment.
• Strong grasp of HR operations – policy creation, compliance, documentation and HRIS management.
• Proven track record of designing L&D and career‑progression programmes.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and build trust at all levels.
• Experience driving culture and engagement initiatives during periods of growth.
• Comfort working with HR data to make evidence‑based decisions.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications are a plus. An MBBS or BDS degree is preferred.
