HR Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fintech focused on instant e‑commerce financing across Southeast Asia. We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions, partner with business leaders, and support our ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, employee relations and day‑to‑day activities.
• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality processes.
• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Act as a strategic partner to department heads and hiring managers, providing guidance on workforce planning and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and best‑practice HR standards.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives and organisational effectiveness.
• Manage HR policies, administration and continuous process improvements.
• Support ad‑hoc HR projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner role.
• Proven track record in fast‑paced environments such as fintech, startups or high‑growth companies.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour legislation and statutory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships effectively.
