HR Manager – Full‑Cycle Recruitment & Operations

About the role

Seed Media is looking for an HR Manager to own all people‑operations functions. You will build and nurture the team, strengthen company culture, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR processes in a fast‑growing media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records and maintain HR documentation.
• Process monthly payroll, salary coordination, reimbursements and ensure compliance.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, exits and record keeping.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and employee‑engagement initiatives.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build strong teams.
• Address employee queries and foster a positive workplace experience.
• Organise team activities, celebrations and other engagement events.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or HR Operations.
• Hands‑on experience with payroll, attendance tracking and recruitment.
• Prior experience in a startup, digital‑marketing agency, advertising or media company is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
• Self‑driven, enjoys working with people and building strong teams.
