HR Generalist – Global Service Delivery

About the role

The HR Generalist is a key member of Takeda’s Global HR Service Delivery team, providing high‑quality support across the employee lifecycle. This role blends end‑to‑end HR operations, process expertise, and digital enablement to create a human‑centric, compliant, and efficient employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities such as hiring, job changes, leaves of absence, and terminations.
• Deflect Tier 1 queries to self‑service and AI‑enabled solutions while handling Tier 2 employee and manager inquiries across multiple channels (phone, video, ServiceNow, HR portal, email).
• Execute HR transactions accurately in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Generate and govern HR documentation using standardized templates and emerging AI‑enabled document creation tools.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure timely, seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement.
• Support people leaders with guidance on core HR processes, balancing digital tools with personal interaction.
