HR Executive – Recruitment and Onboarding

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive to lead our recruitment and onboarding processes. You will act as a key partner for hiring managers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and effective integration of new employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to candidate selection.
• Identify and source candidates via job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Handle candidate follow‑ups, offer communication and onboarding paperwork.
• Conduct induction and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Address employee queries and support day‑to‑day employee relations.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with various departments for manpower planning and HR activities.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment and onboarding reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
