HR Executive & Recruiter (Thane/Goregaon)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive & Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and support daily HR operations for our offices in Thane and Goregaon. The role combines talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR administration to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: source candidates, post ads, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers, prepare joining formalities, and maintain recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and quality of hire.
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation, ensuring accurate records in HRMS.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and respond to HR‑related queries.
• Support performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance with labor laws.
• Coordinate training programs and prepare regular HR reports and MIS.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage stakeholder relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS software.
• Experience using job portals for talent sourcing.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
