HR Executive – People Operations & Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented HR Executive to manage end‑to‑end people operations and talent acquisition for our Gurgaon office. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, you will ensure smooth HR processes, regulatory compliance and a consistent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day People & Culture operations, including onboarding, off‑boarding and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate employee records in line with Indian labour laws and internal policies.
• Prepare HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters and correspondence.
• Provide first‑line support for employee queries on policies, processes and benefits.
• Supply data for monthly payroll processing and attendance tracking.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for India: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation and offer release.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, benefits administration and feedback cycles.
• Support HR projects including process improvements and HRIS implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Post‑graduation in Human Resource Management, MBA or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
