HR Executive – Operations

About the role

Sun Pharma is looking for an HR Executive (Operations) to manage the full employee lifecycle and support day‑to‑day HR operations in Vadodara. You will ensure a smooth onboarding experience, maintain HRIS data, and help drive performance management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and induction programs.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
• Provide daily operational HR support, including documentation, policy implementation and compliance.
• Drive and support Performance Management System (PMS) cycles.
• Assist HR Business Partners in executing strategic HR initiatives.
• Maintain and update HRIS records, with a working knowledge of SuccessFactors preferred.

Required profile

• MBA in Human Resources or MHRM.
• 1‑3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate proactively.
• Willingness to travel as needed (travel estimate not specified).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRIS tools.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors (preferred).
