HR Director

About the role

Teva is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead talent management, organizational development, leadership development, recruitment, employee and union relations, change leadership, and engagement initiatives across its cluster. The role partners closely with site leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and drive a high‑performing, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support site leaders in workforce planning, talent pipeline forecasting, and annual talent management processes.
• Provide confidential HR consultancy to senior leaders on talent implications of business performance targets.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, design solutions, and implement effective change management strategies.
• Manage collective labor relations, negotiate long‑term settlements and wage agreements, and represent management in grievance and conciliation proceedings.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and improvement initiatives.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor legislation.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a multinational or biopharmaceutical environment.
• Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage union relations and negotiate collective agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills, with a consultative approach.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
