HR Data Analyst – Fresher (Power BI, Excel, AI)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR fresher to support our HR operations through data analysis, reporting, and AI‑enabled tools. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career candidates who are passionate about people data and want to develop practical analytics skills.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize HR data covering recruitment, employee records, attendance, onboarding, performance, attrition, and workforce planning.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets reports, and MIS trackers.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics and produce recruitment analytics.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends in headcount, attrition, attendance, performance, engagement, and skill gaps.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate data cleaning, report generation, and insight extraction.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations such as onboarding tracking, HRMS updates, and employee query handling.
• Identify repetitive reporting tasks and propose automation using Excel, Power BI, or AI solutions.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure responsible use of AI and data privacy.

Required profile

• Strong interest in HR analytics and data‑driven decision making.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, lookups).
• Willingness to learn or already familiar with Power BI.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
