HR Business Partner Lead – Manufacturing Site

About the role

The HR Business Partner Lead will head the HRBP function at Tata Electronics' key manufacturing site in Narsapura. This senior role combines strategic HR leadership with hands‑on execution to support business growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the site HRBP agenda, aligning it with TESS‑wide HR strategy.
• Partner with site leadership to translate business needs into HR solutions.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality HRBP delivery across all functions.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence on talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, and organizational development programs.
• Champion employee experience, engagement, and inclusion, using data‑driven insights to address cultural gaps.
• Maintain governance and compliance with legal, ethical, and Tata Group standards, working with IR and legal teams.
• Mentor and develop HRBPs and site HR team members, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 18+ years of HR experience, with significant HRBP leadership exposure, preferably in manufacturing or EMS.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking and execution capabilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
