HR Business Partner – Hyderabad

About the role

NxtWave is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its Hyderabad office. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, aligning people strategies with the company’s growth objectives in the fast‑moving EdTech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to develop workforce plans, performance management processes, and talent development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, experience programs, and inclusive culture initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to generate insights, identify trends, and support data‑driven decision making.
• Resolve employee relations issues, manage grievance processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Coach managers on effective people management and team performance.
• Identify and implement AI‑powered HR automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline; BBA or MBA with HR specialization preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally within EdTech.
• Proficiency in regional languages (Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi) is a plus.

Required skills
