HR Associate Partner

About the role

The HR Associate Partner will join the Site HR Team of a large fulfillment centre in South India. You will support employee engagement, headcount reporting and compliance while acting as a key liaison between the workforce, recruitment, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate headcount and HR reporting metrics.
• Engage with employees to boost morale and productivity.
• Proactively identify and address employee relations issues.
• Handle grievance cases and coordinate HRIS and payroll activities.
• Work closely with Recruitment and Employee Relations teams on staffing and compliance.
• Ensure statutory compliance for contractors and agency hires.
• Process and audit contractor services and regional invoices.
• Manage basic supplies such as uniforms, pantry items, and lockers.
• Organise engagement activities like birthday celebrations, learning sessions, and reward programs.
• Oversee vendor and cafeteria management.

Required profile

• Graduate from a recognized university (any discipline).
• 2‑3 years of HR experience, preferably in large warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated customer focus, integrity and a high work ethic.
• Team‑player mindset with a results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll coordination.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
