HR Associate Partner – Fulfillment Center

About the role

The HR Associate Partner supports the Fulfillment Center by managing associate relations, ensuring accurate time and attendance, and fostering an engaging workplace. This role works closely with site teams, payroll, and operations to maintain smooth HR processes in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Floor management of the fulfillment center, providing day‑to‑day HR support to associates.
• Document and follow up on HR requests, escalations, and problem‑solving, while taking meeting notes.
• Partner with site teams to verify correct schedules, shift patterns and compile reports on time‑and‑attendance irregularities.
• Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs.
• Audit and manage roster accuracy, supporting peak‑period activities and engagements.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives and suggest resource‑optimisation ideas.
• Handle grievance, ER issues, contractor services, and statutory compliance.
• Manage basic supplies, vendor relationships, and associate engagement activities such as celebrations and recognition events.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• 2‑3 years of HR experience, preferably in large warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated customer focus, integrity, and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
