HR Apprentice – Support Onboarding & Employee Engagement

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Apprentice to join our Human Resources team. This position offers fresh graduates the chance to gain hands‑on experience across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to supporting engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist new employees on their first day, coordinating induction logistics and system access.
• Facilitate or support induction sessions and company orientation programs.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, town halls, celebrations, and team‑building events.
• Support employee surveys, collect feedback, and help analyse results.
• Prepare onboarding and engagement reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Admin, IT, and Payroll to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
