HR Analytics & Projects Manager

About the role

The role combines HR analytics and project management to drive data‑informed decisions and deliver strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, performance, DEI and other key metrics.
• Lead end‑to‑end HR projects such as digital transformation, process standardisation and HR system implementations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership, facilitate workshops and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data, automation and AI/ML where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics/Statistics, Engineering or Management; postgraduate degree or certification (MBA/PGDM/Analytics/PM) preferred.
• Experience in HR analytics, people analytics or MIS and in HR project or program management.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, Power Query, PivotTables).
• Power BI or Tableau (or other BI tools).
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Basic understanding of statistics and predictive modelling.
