HQ Field Trainer – Coach Certification & Development

About the role

KidStrong is looking for an HQ Field Trainer to uphold the standards of its science‑based curriculum. You will train, certify, and evaluate coaches, general managers and area developers across the United States and Canada, ensuring every center delivers the KidStrong experience with consistency and excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class training sessions and certification events both at headquarters and in‑center locations.
• Assess and certify coaches, GMs and AGMs on curriculum delivery, operations, sales, member experience, culture and leadership competencies.
• Provide real‑time coaching, structured feedback and documented rationale for certification outcomes.
• Travel regularly according to the certification calendar, including weekends and consecutive travel weeks.
• Observe live classes, coach demonstrations, and maintain calibration across the trainer team.
• Complete all pre‑ and post‑certification tasks on time and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Supply field‑informed feedback on curriculum gaps, process improvements and emerging center needs to the L&D team.

Required profile

• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating adult learning.
• Passionate about developing people and maintaining high training standards.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to document evaluations and follow certification procedures.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends.
