About the role

Urban Company is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Training Manager to lead training initiatives for our home cleaning professionals across designated cities. You will ensure that partners deliver high‑quality, standardized cleaning services that delight customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all training programs for cleaning service professionals in the assigned city.
• Develop, update, and align training content with industry standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in top‑tier hotels, facility management, or startups with a focus on training and development.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate trainer teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and delivering training for blue‑collar workers.
