Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Guest Service Associate (GSA) in Housekeeping to join our hotel in Mysuru. You will be the backbone of the guest experience, ensuring every room and public area meets the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities.
• Safely manage and safeguard departmental and master keys in line with security protocols.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns, resolving issues quickly.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to coordinate services and ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct thorough room inspections and quality checks to verify standards are consistently met.
• Use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or any matters affecting guest comfort to management immediately.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements as needed.
