About the role

Accor is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping (GSA) professional to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments across guest rooms, public areas, and executive offices. The role focuses on delivering impeccable cleanliness standards that enhance guest satisfaction and support the hotel's profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and executive offices according to Accor standards.
• Manage and use departmental master keys and other keys to ensure guest and property security.
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and high morale.
• Interact courteously with guests and staff, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain consistent cleanliness standards to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
• Support team members by providing guidance and assistance as needed.
