Housekeeping Executive

About the role

The Housekeeping Executive will lead the housekeeping team within an Accor‑network hotel, ensuring seamless coordination across all departments and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role combines operational oversight with staff development, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain coordination with all hotel departments to maximise productivity and guest service.
• Interact with guests and hotel personnel in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Provide support to the housekeeping team to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure all staff are trained on safety procedures and company policies.
• Motivate, develop, and coach staff, conducting regular briefings and training sessions.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide the Executive Housekeeper on key performance indicators and monitor departmental performance.

Required profile

• Warm and caring personality with a guest‑focused attitude.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and act professionally.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
