Housekeeping Executive

About the role

Fairmont is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Executive to lead a team of housekeepers across guest rooms, public areas and service zones. You will ensure that all spaces meet the brand’s high standards of cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily briefings with floor staff and supervise all housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, balconies, corridors, linen rooms and pantry areas according to Fairmont standards.
• Supervise public areas, replenish guest supplies and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Report damages, equipment malfunctions and unusual activities to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Complete section floor reports, room checklists and accurate room status records.
• Assist in monitoring attendance and performance of team members.
• Participate in fire, life‑safety and emergency procedures and attend all briefings, meetings and trainings.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping supervision or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel safety, fire and emergency protocols.
• Ability to lead, motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
• Professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
